Is there a difference between a bubbler and a water pipe? I am getting one for a friend and he has a water pipe that needs to be replaced. Thank you for the advice. (link)

I could be wrong, but I'm under the impression that "water pipe" is the proper term for a bong, while "bubblers" are the smaller, glass pipes that you put water in the bottom of and can be held with one hand.
