I am a wife and a mother of three grown sons. I live in New York and am an equestrian. Most of my free time is spent riding and caring for my horses now that my sons are out of the house.
I give down to earth advice, as I tell it like I see it...and I've seen alot.

It does seem strange that you haven't lost weight, but you don't say how old you are, your height, weight and age and your gender.
Here's a website for women that can help to determine how many calories you need to maintain your weight, assuming you are a woman...http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html
To lose weight you would have to take in fewer calories than that.
If you're taking in less calories already, then you could be holding onto water. The first 10 lbs. are usually the easiest to shed. If you are retaining water, lower your salt intake. Don't cut out the salt altogether because your workout sounds pretty intense and you need salt.
I wish I could be of more help, but, I'm not sure what to make of it.
