Does anyone know any good free virus protection programs I can download for my computer? I've tried Ad-Ware and Advanced System care and it only slowed my system down even more. I want something that will delete all trojans, backdoors and worms. Right now I'm running off CCleaner which only deletes temporary files.

AVG is the highest rated free virus protection
It not only protects you, it scans and deletes threats all by itself, so you don't have to open it and scan then delete everything yourself. The best part is, I don't even notice I have it. It does all of the scans at night or when I'm not using my computer.
