I've been going out with my boyfriend for 7 months. We're both 14 and he's my first bf. For a while things were great, but lately, there have been times where he's with his friends and me at the same time and he acts like a jerk. When I started talking to him about it, I realized that he has no self confidence whatsoever. He started saying that the only reason he has friends is because he's funny and he's funny by being a jerk so if he changed he wouldn't have any friends. Then the conversation progressed into the fact that high school is pointless becuase he's not smart enough, won't get into college, will end up with a really bad job or no job and will be a failure in life. He says he's made too many mistakes and he's just not good at anything. He thinks that there's nothing to look foward to in life besides eventually getting old and dying. I've always been a determined and optimistic person and I try so hard to talk some sense into him and get him to enjoy life but its not working. I think it's the way his parents raised him. He's just kind of accepted that he'll never amount to anything. He's always afraid that I'm going to realize what a failure he is and break up with him. I just don't know what to do. It makes me sad that anybody would feel that way about life, especially someone I care about. What can I do? (link)

Okay. I see that your dealing with a drama queen
1. You should never forgive a guy who doesnt treat you right in front of his friends, i'm sorry to say this, but thats very wrong
2. About his school future, you should let him work, because no one is stupid, i mean your his girlfriend , give him lessons, talk him into it
3.If you love him, no matter what you'll never break up with him, even if he is going to pick up trash for living
4.If you think you need to break up with him and your feelings are not there anymore, dont wait do it because you will always feel guilty and never do, as soon as you do it, the less you hurt him
