I'm 145lbs and a size 7 and i'd like to fit into atleast a size 5. Also, how can i get rid of tummy fat as well as excess fat on my thighs and arms? I want to lose weight but i don't even know where to start. How long should i exercise each day and how much should my weight loss goal be? I don't live near a gym & can't do any other activities because i'm also caught up ons schoolwork. Thanks!

since you live nowhere near a gym, it is going to be hard for you to lose weight. however, find a gym that has something like you pay for 3 days and then get a plan that someones helps create just for you. if you cant afford this or cant find a gym, try setting your own plan and stick to it. borrow or buy some small weights, a mat, and an exercise ball. try websites like realage.com for nutrition tips and exercise tips, and even try a video. go to amazon.com to find the highest rated video. also, try to go through your refrigerator and throw out or label all the things bad for you. start to eat one a day, then only on weekends and at parties. try finding healthy food you like, not shoving down tastless salads and gross diet foods. google some exercises. and every time you need motivation just imagine how good you will look. also, dont push yourself. that is unhealthy, even though shows like the biggest loser make it look easy and healthy to lose tons of weight. set small goals and weigh yourself once a month, or two weeks.
