ok so i got a new phone in september and i hate it. its too late to return it but it doesnt work sometimes. today i called my friend ten times and she never got them!!! the phone goes to the voicemail and all but it never goes to them. its not her phone because it happens to other people too. other times it doesnt let me end calls and i have to take the battery out. the phone flips up into a "T" kinda shape. anyway, i really want the new EN V (i have verizon) but i dont want to pay the whole price. how can i get a new phone in exchange for this one?!?!?!?!? talk to the people at verizon, explain your problem, they may give you a new phone of the one you have, or you may be able to get a phone of equal or lesser value.
