Alright, i am thinking about getting the blackberry pearl. I just have a few questions about it.
1. Can you have a background image instead of the menu always being in the front?
*I want to have a background picture but i don't know if that's possible.

2. The keyboard looks really hard to text but is it? Do you get used to it?

3. Is there any other cool things or bad things you want me to know about the phone?

4. Do you like it or not?

So I have a blackberry pearl, and I love it.
First of all, yes you can have any background picture you want. But it will be behind the menu, but there's also alll kinds of different types of menu's as well. The keyboard is not hard to text on at alll, it's actually easier. If you're okay with the computer keyboard and you know where all the keys are, you're in luck because it's the same exact thing just a little smaller, but the letters are basically in the same place. Something cool I like about the phone is it's like a computer, when you have a lot of picturs you can put them into differnt folders, and create new ones. Also the ball on the phone, you can make it different colors, and also rainbow switching colors. It's a really nice phone, I'm happy I got it. It's also very very fast like on the internet & such. I don't regret getting it.
