so, I have this guy friend. we're not like super close or anything, but it's not like I don't know him at all. and I'm thinking I kind of like him. like, he gave me a hug on Thursday and it was so nice (usually no one ever gives me hugs--not that I don't like hugs, it just never happens..idk w/e) because he just came up to me and gave this super big hug. and I was like wow this is nice. and I've been thinking about it all weekend....only problem is that I don't know how to tell my friends about it--I'm afraid that they'll laugh at me, because they're all sort of friends with him too, and I'm pretty sure they don't see me with him at all. I need help figuring out exactly what I am thinking and stuff....like how to tell my friends, because I want to find out if he likes me too...idk I think it'd just be nice. (link)

ok, for starters, just breathe. everything is going to work out just fine. second, if they are truely your friends they will be happy for you, yeah sure they may giggle at first, out of surprise, but if you are as close with them as you say you are, than they will stick by your side, and they wouldn't tease you if they knew it truely bothered you. And as a girl myself, i have had the teasing, but trust me its not as bad as you think it is. if you really care about this guy, you'll put up with it, because as we all know, gossip usually only lasts for about a couple of days than people move on. so your news may only be shocking for a little while, than im sure it'll go away, and you can just be with your man :) and as for giving him the high sign that you like him, just be yourself, if he liked you in the first place thats why. don't change who you are, and remember to be confident, people can see when you are confident, and it shines through. stand by your decision weather its to date him or not, be confident that you made the right choice. But im sure you'll be just fine, if their your friends, theyll be ok with whoever you date, or like, so long as your happy. Just breathe, smile, and be confident. Hope this helps!!!!
