If you have put in a tampon before then when you have sex there shouldnt be anything to pop right? So it shouldnt hurt either ?

well when you insert a tampon, your hymen breaks, yes. so in that sense, it should not hurt when you have sex for the first time.

however, a penis is MUCH thicker and longer than a tampon, so it will hurt the first time you have sex. it's pretty much unavoidable. but the pain will be less than if your hymen breaks for the first time while you have sex.
