Q: Ok well one day my friend was sick so she texted me, asking me if I could get her work and notes from the two classes we have together. I did, and since than, she's been sick a lot (but that's due to the weather change turning to winter). The last 3 days that she's missed, she was actually skipping which i don't understand since she's a 91% average student. Photocopying is 10 cents per page and i have spent $2.60 on her so FAR, which is saying a lot.

Again, she's a 91% average student. And i have to photo copy her notes because the one note that I lent her to copy, she lost it! I can't loose notes when there's a quiz or test coming around so I have to photo copy them at school and give it to her sister to take home and give it to her.
Should I continue to give her notes since she is my friend and that's what a friend does, or not?
You have four options here:

1. Tell her that she needs to be more responsible and come to school and not skip (although if you want to stay her friend DO take notes for her on the days that she is REALLY sick.)

2. Tell her that you can photocopy the notes but she needs to pay for them.

3.Don't do anything; keep on giving her notes...

4. Or if you would like to go the extra mile to teach her about responsibility, just make a seperate page of really bad notes and copy them for her and give those to her, so that way if she wants to keep that 91 avg she has to come to school. Just keep a better set of notes for yourself : )

Anyways If she's a good friend I dont think she would stop the friendhsip for any of these reasons, and if she does she is not worth being friends with.

Hope I helped!!

thanks!
