Start by cutting back on what/how much you eat and do some exercise. Remember to have three meals a day but don't eat a crapload. Try to set a time where you stop eating and start eating, like "7:00 AM to 9 PM." Don't eat unhealthy snacks. Drink a lot. And remember not to weigh yourself everyday. When you do that you tend to become obsessive. Try weighing yourself every week.
While you can help it, don't start an eating disorder.
