for the past couple of months i've been losing weight and i've hit a plateau. i really want to lost more weight and i tried changing up my diet but NOTHING WORKS.
i don't want to take a break from the diet because i know i'll end up quiting.
so are there any ways i can lose weight?

Hi,
I think the reason you probably hit a plateau is because your body is getting used to your routine. If you haven't incorporated excercise into your routine, try that. Pick a cardio activity that you enjoy and I guarantee you will see quick results. I hope I helped.
