Every time i talk to the the guy i like I talk to much and get really hyper! How do I stop?? && if theres other crush tipps let me know PLEASE!!

haha honestly what i do is if i know im talkin to much ill be like "Ya... i talk alot dont i? "
Try to make a joke out of it
Then it would be less embarassing for you
and if you wanna stop talking to much
Before talkin to him
Pay attention to what you say so you dont get carried away and not notice it.
