No. You're only 14, your face will change as you get older. The shape will even out, your in that weird puberty stage.
When I was in 8th grade one of the hottest guys in school asked if I planned on getting a nosejob so one day someone would want to sleep with me.
And then I grew up and my body changed and my face changed alot, and he was the one asking me to go places with him.
Your face is you, but it isn't all of you. I'm sure your nose is beautiful and you'll find some guy who thinks that. Remember, boys are pains in the ass well -- always-- but especially at this age.
