is that unhealthy?
because i prefer to sleep in tampons, but i also end up over using them. if i wear pads, ill bleed all over the bed. _(link)

your tampon can't get lost in you yur vaginal wall stops it from going any where but i have slept in tampons for ever and nothing happend to m and kno it;s not unhealthyas long as you reemove it when you wake up.
