Okie i just bought the new LG Shine, and the problem is i can't put any songs as my ringtone except the built in ringtones already, i dont know why and its annoying me, does anyone know why? what a waste of money (link)

ok well my friends just bought a lgshine adn she went to much more music to get a ringtone then once youselect it it says buy then you add your number :)
