Q: I've worn eyeliner before like probably 4 times in my life..i bought this blue color and now it looks bad

i want to buy a black color..what's the best eyeliner for under 10 :] pencil kind because i can't do liquid because my hand is unsteady.

and maybe some tips for putting it on or a website that shows how

basically if you go to someplace like walmart or target all their eyeliners are mostly under 10.00
black is a good color to go with, but if you don't want it to be so noticeable, you can get a soft brown color instead.
when applying the shadow you should hold the skin by your eye taut so the skin doesn't wrinkle & you get an even line and you don't poke yourself.
start from the outside in.
try experimenting with different styles.
some people like only the bottom lined, some like it thick and dark all around, and some like it on the top,but on the bottom the don't go all the way across. find what suits your style
