so i'm on vacation, i have been for 2 weeks. my family is staying with our old neighbors who moved here, and we wanted to visit them. before they moved i had been fooling around with their son, but he only fingered me and we made out. i was pretty much guessing something else was going to happen between us when i slept in his house for two weeks, and it definitely did. he fingered me, ate me out, and i have him a handjob and blowjob. but my real question is that one of my other neighbors that still lives with me, shes one of my really good friends, and in their son's grade, told me he has herpes and gonnerhea and all these other STD's and i have one sore on the inside of my lip and i'm really really nervous that i got an STD from him even though before i gave him oral sex he told me that he gave blood 6 months ago, so theres no way he could have one, right? and to make it worse, he has a girlfriend, so who knows what he's been doing beind her back other than me, right? how do i know if i have an STD? or just any other advice on what to do? i cant drive to a doctor, and im not telling my mom. i'm only 14. sore on the inside of your lip can possibly mean you have syphilis.
good news: it's curable.
bad news: you'll need to see a doctor. meaning, your mom will find out.
if you ignore this, syphilis could cause serious effects such as damage to the heart, aorta, brain, eyes, and bones. in some cases these effects can be fatal.
now about the boy and his girlfiend..
honestly if i where you i wouldn't talk to him.
but that wouldn't help, so just confront him and tell him that what you did was a mistake n to forget what happened becaue i'm sure his girlfriend wouldn't be too happy if she found out.
i'd probably warn his girlfriend too, and next time try having a romantic relationship not a sexual relationship, you're way too young.

thanks for the advice. the sore inside my lip went away, but now my lips are chapped. is that a cause of an STD, or are my lips just chapped? i'm home from vacation now, and i'm not talking to the boy or his girlfriend
