okay.
two questions here...

1.how long does a blowjob usually last? like until the guy cums?

2.what do i do with my tounge while im giving it?

1. It depends on how long the guy lasts before he cums. Typically, yes, you keep going until he cums. However, I've had some guys pull my head off just before they came and they finished it off by hand. I think it was just that they didn't want to cum on me. But you'll never know until it happens.

2. With your tongue you just basically stroke him while you're sucking. Like kind of each time you suck back and forth, with your tongue its kinda an individual stroke.
