but more near my .. vagina. i'm hiding if from my parents so its barly going to show in a bathing suit but i was wondering.. i shave my whole pubic area down there. can i still do it when i get a tatoo? & do i have to wait a little while, when i get the tatoo near their, to shave?

You'll have to wait 6-8 weeks to shave. I recommend against getting a tattoo if your parents are unaware and you are a minor. Any number of things can go wrong, especially in an area as sensitive as your vaginal area. Tattoos have to be properly cared for including cleaning, ointment and air circualtion and that is an area that can become infected easily. I used to own and operate a tattoo and piercing shop.
