eat smaller portions, drink less soda, cut out high fat snacks, and drink lots of water! You are actually supposed to drink half your weight in ounces of water. so if you are 100 lbs. then you should drink 50 ounces of water. this helps because the water prevents you from drinking soda or high sugary drinks.
then do cardio everyday for an hour [biking or running]

... for some people, it takes longer to see results. Be PATIENT! and eventually you will start seeing drastic changes in your body.
