My friend Irena; is 5'5 and weighs approx. 120. she is 15 in 9th grade and she thinks she is fat. i told her she just needs to tone up. but she doesnt want to get muscle because it will make the scales go up..we told her to just eat healthier.. aany one else have anymore advice we could give to her.
running is an awesome way to burn off calories
and as weird as this sounds how about you suggest having a dance dance revolution dance off. Or if one of you owns a wii you guys can have a boxing match, etc. Every girl goes through a phase like this, but the more you excersise, the more you forget about your weight cause excersise gives you endorphins, even if you don't have to lose weight
