i have alot of thigh fat, and some belly fat.
I really want to get rid of it within 3 weeks please:]

whats good foods to eat (try to be specific )
and work outs?
I do track after school, so what are some good things to do? (link)
Well a good thing to do is to do like weight lifting instead of just doing cardio alone and try to go to a sauna a few times that will help you receieve more energy so you could work out a lot more. Another thing to do (and probably the hardest) is to go on this like detox milkshake diet for a month, like nothing else but health shakes.
