My name is Samantha, im 13 years old and I know Im young but I give really good advice most of the time. Email me if you want my advice but dont want it public. I check my email periodically throughout the day, so it wont be long before I answer you. Im a lot better helping with relationships and animals and family problems. I have a huge family (10 people in my house) 2 cats, and I have only been (and still am) in one relationship, but ask anybody Ive given advice to--Im helpful. (yes I know, so modest) You can IM me too. I have school from 7:00-3:00 So I wont be around during those times, (those arent school hours but I wont be on during those times) but almost any other time Ill be able to help. REMEMBER! I am a 17 year old girl who has lost 10 pounds in the past month. I am obsessed with weight, and I really want to lost 10 more pounds. I was never overweight, but it is just that I want to be thinner.

For breakfast, I have a few bites of applesauce. I skip lunch whenever I can. I eat a normal size dinner, though less than I did before I started this. I try hard not to eat dessert, and I only eat it so that my parents won't suspect anything. Right after that I chew sugarfree gum so I don't eat anything. I also drink a lot of water.

I count calories a lot, and my goal is definitely no more than 1000 calories a day, although I usually try for 800. I exercise a lot, burning between 250 and 400 calories per school day.

After school, I am more tired than usual, and I sometimes feel a little weak in my legs when I walk down the stairs.

This probably isn't an eating disorder, but could it develop into one? (link)
One of these days you are just gonna pass out from exhaustion. You should take no less than 1300 calories a day. If you are exercising that much you need to shoot for at least 1500. you feel tired because you are burning all your energy. you need to AT LEAST HAVE a piece of toast with Jelly on it and a glass of water. Skipping meals actually makes you gain more. I can help you and talk to you if you would IM me!
