I Want to loose weight around my thighs and Butt.
I wouldn't say I'm extrememly fat around there. But I want to loose wait there. I'm at a healthy wait for my age so I'm not overweight.
I need some easy ones to do. I have a Tredmill. But I want some exercises that will work.
Like Sit-ups and that stuff.
Oh, And how many a day will I have to do to loose 1 pound a week.

In my own experience, I've found lunges to be really great! that and running really helps to boost the metabolic acid production in your body...You can't technically loose weight in one area specifically but you can tone an area. If loosing weight is what you're aiming for than your going to end up loosing weight all over your body...Breast area is the most fatty area on a woman. that's why the female atheletes have almost no 'boobage'. So If the thighs & your butt is all that you are worried about try to run more often and do some lunges. Tone that butt!
