let me start off by saying thanks for reading :]

alright so here's the problem
since last thursday i havnt been on my right eating pace like i cant eat or something i'm really really hungrey but nothing is good, not like befor anyway i use to just love eating now
i don't want to but i get supper hungrey and i get so hungrey my belly hurt's and by that point i don't want to eat at all and i have to make my self eat! and i hate this i just want things to be back to the way thay were befor.

whasts wrong with me it makes me sick just thinking about it thank you for reading and helping.

Often alot of girls change their eating habits due to horomones and stuff like that. Now, I know I have that problem right now, but it's b/c I don't eat but once a day and by the time I do eat I'm really not that hungry or I get full really quick. If you're having that type of issue try drinking more liquids...i'd suggest gatorade and water, lots and lots of water, so that way your body has time to break down the fatty acids in your body and you'll eventually not have enough fats in your body that you will regain that hunger and have to eat. Trick your body. Oh and if you are like me and tend to starve your-self a bit too much, to the point where you get full really fast, try eating little things all day long. Graze. You will eventually gain your normal appetite again.
