14[15 in july]/female. i was wondering if their was anyway that i could like tighten my butt up a little bit. and go down from like a 3 to a one again because i went from a 0-3 in just 1 school year, 9-10 months?. i run track and we do alot of ab work outs but i dont think that will help me out that much, any suggestions?

i would kill(not literally) to be a 3. you are still skinny. but if you really want to tighten things up then i suggest you do squats, lift weights, push ups, leg lifts, lunges you know, those things.
