I try to help people as best as I can, most of my advice is through personal experience, and experiences I have learnt through people around me. I consider myself to be a good listener, and tend to pick up on lots of little details, so hopefully this will also help me to answer any questions! I also study biology so if relevant I will use scientific data to back up any questions. However there are always going to be some things I honestly know nothing about! I will not give half hearted answers to these questions! Therefore I will only answer questions I can put all my knowledge and effort into.
My realm of topics still varies, hence why I haven't listed any "main catagories". But if you have any questions feel free to ask me for any advice and I promise I will reply! =)

I am always tired. I mean, ALWAYS. I can sleep for 9 hours and wake up tired, but I can also sleep for up to 12 hours and still be tired. No matter how long I sleep I'm always exhausted. It's really causing problems because I can't concentrate. This has been going on for a few months now. I thought I was just tired, but it hasn't gone away. I was just wondering if anyone knew any reasons why this might be. Any possible explinations would be appreciated.
Thanks.
I would go see a doctor, there can be many medical reasons for this such as anaemia. Just to do be sure this isn't the cause I would have a check up! Sometimes "oversleeping" can make you feel worse off than "undersleeping" - for example if about 8 hours is right for you - sleeping for 9 hours may make you feel worse when you wake up than sleeping 7 hours for example, I'm not really sure why this is but works for quite a few people I know, maybe you could try sleeping for 8 hours or slightly less (set an alarm) and see if this helps make you feel any better!
Good luck!
(Rating: 5) Thanks for the advice, but I've already tried sleeping smaller amounts of time. I will go get a checkup, though.
