My friend Sarah broke up with her bf John about one month ago and they only went out for a month or two. Last night I found out that John cheated on Sarah the day before she broke up with him, but even after she broke up with him, he didn't tell her about it. John only told one of his guy friends who told two other girls. Anyway, I found out last night and I don't know if I should tell Sarah about since my friend pointed out, "nothing good can come of telling her." I think thats true, but I also feel like she deserves to know even though they already broke up for other reasons. If it was me, I think I would want to know, and if I did find out later and then found out my friends were hiding that from me, I think I would be pretty mad. I have no idea if I should tell Sarah because she is one of my best friends, but then the people who told me will get it trouble cause it might get back to John that his guy friend told people. It's also really hard to keep that big a secret from Sarah.

It's good that you put yourself in your friend's position and you need to tell her. You would want to know so it's only right that you tell her. You're her friend and she trusts you but if you keep this from her and she finds out,then that trust will be broken.And obviously John isn't that great of a guy so don't worry about him finding out his frien told people. He shouldn't have done it in the 1st place.
