about

I love clothes so i'm best at answering questions about style or fashion. When I grow up I want to be either an actress or a fashion desighner. So these are my best subjects! Butt, I can help in pretty much all of them :). Please feel free to ask me anything, I'll ALWAYS answer to the best of my ability, and come on here as often as possible!

advice
I exercise for 45-60 minutes a day on one of those bicycle things in my house...and I have a few questions. First, is this a good amount of time in order for me to loose weight? If so, how long will it take me to loose 10-15 pounds (with a good diet)? Second, is it normal for my thigh muscles to swell afterward? Third, I don't want my thighs to be huge with muscle...they alreay are muscular. Will this work out do more fat-burning or muscle-building?
Thanks much.
Okay, i'm only going to answer a few questions because i don't know some of the answers...like i said on my column i'd rather say i don't know then give you bad advice.
so here i go with what i know.
I know how you feel with big thighs..i have HUGE ones and its because i'm a runner. Honestly, if you don't want big thighs you might want to turn to a different way of exercising. mine keep growing..but i'm not giving up running becaus i love it! BUT i do sugest some pushups for uper arm muscle building. and this work out does both fat-burning and muscle-building. Basicly, it burns the fat an then when theirs nonew left, it basicly starts to make it muscle, only in your legs. i think that 45-60 is a great amount of time to exersise everyday! to make sure your gettin a good diet go to this site and fill out the information so you can see what you should be eating everyday for your age and everything.
