In the scene where its night time and he runs all of the vampires over with his car, how come he stays there, and INTENTIONALLY wants to run them over with his car? I never really understood why he stayed out all night and did that. (link)

He did it because he wanted to either get revenge for Sam (his dog) or because after the dogs death he wanted to die so he tried to commit suicide. Both make sense but i guess its up to what you think
