you answered a question about tanning spots recently, and i just wanted to ask--
Well, i'm going tanning for the first time ever, and i'm kind of scared! haha, i mean, i have no clue how long i should go for at first, and for how many days at a time, what do you think? and, what are tanning spots? haha, and just any additional information about going to a tanning salon that i should know.
thank you so much in advance. :]]
Well if your really white, like me, you might want to go in for only 5 mins. for the first couple times to get your skin use to it. Then go to 6 for a day or two. Then 8 the next day. If you get burnt then go down to the last set of mins. On most beds there is a time limit sheet. Look at it. If its not on there, ask the lady/man that works there. If u tan easy, start with about 6 or 8 mins.
Tanning spots of what I know, are spots on your skin that either tan more, or less then the rest of your body. Mine tan less. If your tan more, don't put lotion on those spots.
A kind of lotion that I LOVE are tingler lotion. It heats your body up pretty good, and it sometimes hurts. So I would suggest not using it until you have been tanning for awhile.
Check any moles that you might have. If they get bigger or uglier, then stop tanning and get them checked.
One more thing, your butt will probably get pretty burnt, try wearing underwear the first couple times. Or even a thong, mine gets burnt right where the thong covers, at the crack haha. Happy tanning! =D
(Rating: 5) haha thankyou :D!
