i've seen some girls at my school wear these little things that look like dresses. and they wear leggings under them, and ballet flats. and the dresses are sorta like tank tops, and they have little pockets on them, and their kinda short dresses. they look like this.....

Absoulutly in fact i got one too. You can find them at macy's jcpennies old navy like you said and much more just keep a sharp eye out for them you'll find one
