Ok guys don't exactly need it to live but it does hurt them. I didn't think it did until I started having sex with my bf. When they talk about blue balls, they are saying that their balls literally hurt. That is why they masturbate so much. They are not always horny but they can turn it on in a split second so that it seems like they are. I have no idea why guys get turned on by girls masturbating pretty sure it is just the idea of having sex.
