Bikini season is coming really soon. I need to lose atleast like 10 or 15 pounds by one month. Any advice or suggestions?

im not overweight [im actually perfect for my height] and i noticed i ate a lot of crap. when i was bored, i'd eatt. so now i ask myself if i truely am hungryy. and sometimes if im not sure, i'll see if i still am 20 minutes later. its annoying, but it works. and try to eat less sweets. its hard. i still eat them, but a lot less.
