Q: Ok im 14/f 134 pounds and 5"3 . Not fat at all , but i would like to have my stomach a little flater . Just last night i started doing 50 situps & im going to do this everynight . About how long will it take to see results . Im very active , i play soccer & we run alot ?

Any more tips to , let me know
believe it or not.. if you are just doing sit ups level surface you wont realyl see results that fast... but if you decline your sit=ups then you will see ALOT of better results

ok... ANOTHER EXAMPLE
i saw this exversise ball on TV last night... small one. you put it under your lower back and you do crunches'situps... this way you has more than 90 degrees of cover-age
