I have a digital camera ((Canon Powershot A410)) And recently every picture I take comes out ugly, with these lines going across the photo.... Anyway I don't know much about camera's... So any tips or help anyone has would be cool.

I'm 95% sure that the CCD sensor going bad, that's what it looks like in the image you linked. The A410 is pretty old, you should just go ahead and upgrade to a new camera. It'd be cheaper than getting it fixed.
