i try to be as real as i can be. i'll be honest with you and if i can, i will answer as many questions as possible. i won't tell you to do the easiest thing or the most convenient. i care about doing the right thing, but i can list the possibilities. it's your decision, so please don't blame me if you feel like you've made a mistake. i just pointed out what you can do.

16/f im really big into working out and staying healthy. I am on a strict diet too. Don't worry i know what i'm doing, im betting all the nutrients i need. I really want someting to lose those extra pounds that i cant just lose right away, something to give me a boost. I heard about the venom diet pills, but i am so iffy on pills. Anyone know anything about these? I have done alot of research but now i want personal opinions. Thanks. (link)

i don't think that pills are the answer. besides, don't you know muscles weigh more than fat? pills are really just drugs-what happens if you're addicted to them? then what are you going to do? pills do seem like the easiest way out, but some can actually cause cancer. besides that, pills are just another way of "cheating." there is no way to know if drugs are fully safe and many do have negative side-effects. i think the honest way to loose wight is by dieting and exercising, but don't starve yourself. the less you eat, the less you will loose the weight, no matter how much you exercise.
from what i've read, these pills are basically caffine. i don't think it's very safe either, seeing as they're called "vemon," but i know the rule about names.
