OK should i be stressing if my bf is talking to his EX? ANd cause he's trying to hide it from me. ( trust me I know) And if so, what do I do?

Well, not really,he might just wanna be friends with them,they might of been one of his really good friends.If you feel like he really loves you then you dont have worry about it.Relationships are about trust,if you really feel like you dont trust him,just try talking to him nicely about it. (dont flip out at him because it will make it worse) just explain to him that its making you worried.
