Hi everyone, I have a formal in exactly a week. The past couple of days, I have been feeling very bloated, and when I tried on my dress, it zipped up (but only barely). I'm not asking about how to lose 35 pounds in 4 days or anything like that, but how can I change my diet to try to avoid bloating? I haven't been eating much solid food this past week because I had oral surgery recently (applesauce, yogurt, soup, etc). Thank you! (link)

Alright!
Just like the girl below me said, reduce SALT! That's so important. Have you ever eaten a bag of chips, and then you're wearing a ring? It's so much harder to take off!
Avoid eating creamy thing likes clam chowder! Cream is fat [no matter how good it is!!]
Do some cruches, they go straight to the abs.
Also what i do is like a v-seat, but I keep lifting my legs up and down. THEN YOU REALLY NOTICE IT.
Applesauce is very good, soup is also really good [reduced salt]!
What is really important is to not stop eating. Because your metabolism will slow down, it can happen within two days! What you should do is eat 5-6 meals a day [BUT THE MAIN THING IS THAT THEY'RE HEALTHY AND SMALL PORTIONS] these keeps your stomach digesting. Coffee and really spicy foods also increas your metabolism!
HOPEIHELPEDYOU!
