i am auditioning for an a cappella group and i am an alto. what are some good songs for alto females? thanks!! (songs without too much space between words or phrases would be perfect because i cannot have music playing along.) (link)

since this is an acappella group, i presume you are lookf for pop music. i recomend singing broadway rather than pop music, it seems more proffesional. some good alto broadway alto songs are: all that jazz from chicago, spanish rose from bye bye birdie, i don't know how to love him from jesus christ superstar, i get a kick out of you from anything goes, and there are worse things i could do from grease. good luck!
