I'm Karma [I know, what a nice name eh? =P] anyways, im 13, going on 14 soon. I am a cheerleader and proud of it =D. I am 18/Female, and I have 6 weeks until my cruise. I was wondering what i should eat and what I should work on at the gym exactly. I want to lose some fat on my theighs, abs and hips. I am not overweight, i just need to tighten up those areas. any ideas?

You could also try:
running
swimming
pilates

To eat:
fruits and veggies
cut down on the junk
and drink lots of water
