I'm a 15-year-old aspiring journalist. I'm also really into singing, acting, debating, musical theatre and playing the piano. I was raised an Orthodox Jew, but I consider myself somewhat of a Deist (belief in God as a distant figure who isn't involved in personal life). I learn from my mistakes and give advice based on what life has taught me and general knowledge.

Well, I weigh 126 lbs right now, and I want to just trim down in the tummy area a little bit, so my ideal weight would be at 122 lbs or so. I read that to lose weight that you should change your eating to healthy choices, but I already eat a reasonably healthy diet; no doughnuts or pastries, I hate salad dressing, I eat a lot of fruit, etc. So you see I don't know what else I can do. What are some regular exercises I could do just to lose 4 or 5 lbs? And preferably quickly. Thanks! (link)
Stop eating white flour. Only eat low-carb foods, which actually excludes a fair amount of fruits. See the Glycemic Index website for more details.

There is no way I am going to cut out fruit. I love it and it's actually really healthy. I said that I eat healthy already. I don't know why that would make you think that I eat white flour. Also, I asked for exercises, not diet changes.
