Okay... So, a few months ago, I won an iPod shuffle in a contest. I used it for a few weeks, but something was wrong with the charger/loading dock. So I called everywhere, and I kept getting hung up on by Apple, so I gave up.
For Christmas, I recieved a portable iSound charger, that has a USB transfer port/charge mechanism. It also runs on batteries.
It charged the iPod, amazingly, and I was all excited.
However, when I went into iTunes, to try and move songs into the iPod, it didn't register under devices.
How do I make it register???
well if your ipod isn't registering there is something wrong with the ipod....or the cord,you should try a different cord or find out if the ipod has a warenty.if it has a warrenty you can get a new ipod, if it doesn't i don't know what you could do!!!
