I think my boyfriend might have AIDS ....I know it sounds bad but I can't be too sure. Ever since my last boyfriend I've just been so cautious about every new relationship . But about my boyfriend I've tried asking him and everytime I ask him he says he's 99.9 positive he doesn't have aids. Is there any way I could find wether he does or doesn't? I just want to be safe I don't want to catch any transmitted diseases from anyone but he refuses to get checked I don't know what to do I really love him but I don't want to do anything with him without knowing. I wouldn't do anything if he hasn't been checked, but other than that you cant make him get checked. I can understand why he wouldn't want to know because he can live life right now without worrying about catching colds which would turn into much more if he has AIDS. I bet you he doesn't, but you can never be 100% sure without a test. I would encourage him, but not pressure him to just dont have sex with him. Tell him that its his choice and you understand why he wouldn't want to know, but for ur sake you cant have sex with hm unless he is tested. Its fair and if he loves you enough he'll get tested and if not then i would consider moving on or giving him time to figure things out. Either way, I hope things work out. =)
