There's this guy, Chris, who I've known for a hwile and we've become close. He's eighteen, I'm fifteen. We talk online a good amount, about pretty serious stuff sometimes. He went away to college this year, and I want to meet up with him when he comes back for a while(he comes back semi regularly, because he goes to college sort of near by and his class schedule allows him to). (He does too, we've talked about it.) But, we've never hung out one on one before out of camp(where we met). So, what could I do to make it not so awkward?

Firstly, just bring along some friends! I've always noticed more friends=less awkwardness. Tell him to bring some along too, and go to the mall. Talk to him face to face there, and hopefully the awkwardness will melt so next time you meet up you can go alone without feeling awkward.
