Hey everybody! I love to help people and I've been the designated advice-giver amongst my friends for years so I've gotten pretty good at it. I have severe nose descongestion since forever. I used this nasal spray containing HCL or w/e and some doctor told me not to use it any longer as it is harmful but I cannot breathe without it when I am trying to sleep. Now I am sick and I have to keep waking up every 3 hours to spray some more of the stuff into my nostrils even though it is not a good idea to use it for more than 3 days as it says behind the bottle. I don't even know what that means. Does anyone have a similar problem and a solution to nasal decongestion? (link)

My mom has trouble breathing when she sleeps, so she got some of those Breathe Right Nasal Strips and they worked great for her.
