try to tell your rents straight up that you're bi, they'll still love you the same... the longer you wait, the more awkward it might get. and everyone gets shit for something, just ignore them, or if you wanna fire back, or jus tell them what it is about them that pisses you off. OR just be like why do you even give a fuck about my personal life
