Q: My winter break is in a month and a half (January 21st) and i was wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to get toned. Im not concerned about losing pounds, because i like my built but i just want to look more toned. (Especially my thighs and underarms. )

I want to do the same thing ur thinking of doing nd basically jus run and do simply wrokouts lky crunches and leg lifts. Also if you have comcast and u go onto on demand there are work outs and they are helpfull me and friends do them and there atually fun to do.
