Just don't let them outside for more than an hour or two. They should piddle and come right back in ^^; if you're really worried on top of that and they're small enough you can get them sweaters and little dog shoes - I imagine that would help.

As long as they aren't outside for a really long time they'll be fineee.

I dunno. They were outside for the whole night for like 8 years.
